Please pay attention to our special conditions and excellent savings during low season in spring and autumn.
The right of withdrawal as specified in the Consumers Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal. If cancelled or modified up to 4 weeks before arrival no fee will be charged. Otherwise the total price of the reservation must be paid.

Arrival: The apartment is at your disposal from 3 p.m. on.
Departure: A day of departure is also a day of arrival, therefore we ask you kindly to leave the apartment before 9:30 a.m.
Baby: Baby food warmer, baby chair and baby bath tub available.
Vacuum cleaner: Available on the top floor.
Animals: Animals are re not allowed due to sanitary reasons.
Laundry: Change of towels and bed-linen on request.
Washing machine & dryer: Can be used for a fee, possibility for ironing is available.
Payment: It is possible to pay with cash or via bank transfer.
